Just got done reading the Leperchaun's book Killing Kennedy. Even in J. Edgar Hoover's FBI, they were so sure any potential assassin would be a right winger that they closed the file on Lee Harvey Oswald a couple of months before JFK's trip to Dallas.

There is more fascinating stuff I learned from a Dutchman who has researched the incident extensively.
