Off the top of my head, and IIRC:
German National Socialists: 11.5 million in the death camps, and probably another 5-6 million in deliberate civilian casualities.
Russian Communists: ~25 million starved to death in Ukraine, plus a few million others in gulags, purges, etc.
Chinese Communists: Difficult to tell, but the so-called “Cultural Revolution” and “Great Leap Forward” probably killed between 60 and 80 million people.
American Abortionists: 55 million dead and counting ...

I would venture to guess that most of these regimes where brought to power by “Good Intentions”.
It brings a whole new meaning to “Shortsighted”.
