Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius admitted Wednesday that it was possible convicted felons could be hired as ObamaCare ‘navigators,’ giving them access to personal information like Social Security numbers and addresses of anyone signing up for the program.
Sebelius made the admission in an exchange with Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas., during a Senate Finance Committee hearing. It was the second time in a week Sebelius was on Capitol Hill, forced to defend the problem-plagued ObamaCare website.
“Isn’t it true that there is no federal requirement for navigators to undergo a criminal background check,” Cornyn asked her.
“That is true,” Sebelius answered. “States could add in additional background checks and other features, but it is not part of the federal requirement.”

Criminals created Obamacare, it only stands to reason they should hire like-minded individuals to run it.

SSN, DOB, full name, address, salary, employer

If the registration website is such an unmitigated catastrophy, full of glitches, how can the citizens be expected to put their trust in Obama’s health care fiasco? Who knows what incompetence is to be expected.

I’m glad this came out, although we FReepers knew this. This info. ought to alienate a few million more Americans from signing up. I would think there’s legal standing to justify NOT signing up for 0bamacare based on there not being any expectation one’s personal info. is not protected as CONFIDENTIAL!
NAVIGATOR: "Hi, I'm here from the projects and I'm here to help you with 0bamacare. May I come in?"

To a democrat politician this isn’t a flaw.
It is a feature.
Governments engaged in redistribution of wealth are institutionalized organized crime, so all politicians of that stripe are gangster felons.
If criminal background checks were made at polling booths...DIMs/LIBs wouldn’t be allowed to vote.
Huh? I thought being a felon was a requirement.
