NO, we could impeach him now in the House...and they should. Day after day, week after week. The Senate may not vote to convict, but he could most definitely be impeached. And he should be...many times over. Just keep them coming.

Congress is a shell, an exclusive club of thieves and whoremasters.

They have abdicated virtually all of their reserved powers, either by delegation to the Executive Branch or by desuetude (not regulating the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court).

There are not ten Republican Senators who would vote to remove Obama. "Getting a majority", if by that you mean a GOP majority, will not threaten a hair on Obama's head.
