The Tea Party doesn’t really exist per se. It’s just a strawman. There are types of Tea party groups but I’ve never seen one that was well-organized with large numbers of members.
It’s more like a media label for “you hate these people now”.

We TEA Party people should change our name to “Traditional Americans”.
That’ll make it awkward for the media and the Socialist/Communist Government Supremacist politicians to say “Look how evil traditional Americans are!”
