That's the crux of the issue - "where they live."

If TX stands firm, then the foolish states that didn't do the Medicaid expansion will see lots and lots of losers moving to live to cheek-by-jowl with them. TX wins, other states lose.

It's a great plan. I hope they stick with it to the end.

If I understand correctly, the website is signing up Medicaid people to the tune of about 20,000 to one payer. Medicaid will be bursting at the seams in about 6 months and the states will eventually be stuck with the bill. If Perry weakens, Texas will be finished withing 3 years, of course along with all the other idiots that took the Medicare bribe.

This pile of money is too much for some pols that have needs now and figure they will be out of office 3-4 years from now anyway. The citizens are doomed either way.
