WASHINGTON - The Pentagon is preparing top-to-bottom changes, including a push to limit the growth of military pay, as it adjusts to steep budget cuts and the winding down of war in Afghanistan, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said Tuesday.
"These cuts are too fast, too abrupt and too irresponsible," he said at a public forum on national security at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a centrist think tank.
Defense spending outlays (including "overseas contingency operations" for Iraq and Afghanistan) will be reduced from $670.3 billion in 2012 to approximately $627.6 billion in 2013, a decrease of $42.7 billion or 6.4%.

Per Forbes map of Obamacare increases, the net percentage increase is 42.9%. So the question is if a 6.4% decrease is "too fast, too abrupt and too irresponsible,"...... what does a 42.9% increase to consumers equal?

It will look better on my resume when I'm trying to get speaking gigs after my term is over.
I’m sure Hagel will still find funds to promote gay-pride festivities, Diversity Day drag-queen entertainers, and sensitivity training. Take your faggotized agenda, Hagel, and just go choke to death, you degenerate scumbag!
Hagel’s a perfect idiot that the perfect idiot promoted so it fits.
You forgot about the money for the thought control commissars who will “politically cleanse” all of the bitter clingers in the military. Pray for guidance.
