The stupid rural red counties always report their vote totals first. Thus giving the blue urban counties a ‘vote target’ to create to win the election.
It happens over and over and over again. You’d THINK the rural red counties would eventually get a clue. I keep waiting for that to happen. In vain.
I'm sure those "brave" Republican poll watchers will make sure that doesn't happen.

I was on the election board for many years here in a rural area, we were required to run the tally and report it as soon as it was complete. With a small number of voters it doesn’t take long to get the numbers so I don’t know what they could do about it. It may work different in other places but where I live that is why rural polls are first to report. Even if someone wanted to stall it, someone would be making sure that didn’t happen.
