Unless you deny care to uninsured people at the ER, you’ve got socialized healthcare. Either the insured or the taxpayers are picking up that tab. Problem is, both present system and Obamacare do nothing about the high cost of that healthcare. Obamacare is just mandatory insurance. When the system is overloaded and collapses, the only one with the unlimited checkbook and money printing press is the US Gummint.
I advocate getting rid of Fairfax and Loudoun counties. Give them to Maryland and DC. They have almost nothing in common with the rest of the state.
