It’s proof that Democrats engage in voter fraud. Statistically, he should stay in the same place with 88%. But Democrat precincts are slower to count than Republican precincts?????

Yes, always. I have watched many races in this state and I live in Fairfax County. This county is always the last one to report - it has been this way for a long long time. Most of the precincts out belong to democrats...therefore Cooch looses. It's horrible, but I'm getting used to it now.
