Think about it. With 80% in, you would think things would stay basically the same. Why is it that the Democrat hammers always come late? Coincidence? I don’t think so.
I think the dem votes come in later because they come from crowded, less organized cities that have hundreds of precincts. I don’t think it’s cheating. I think VA. is overrun with govt workers and lefties in the northern, most populated areas.
