Twitter keeps suspending account critical of Obamacare

Twitter has repeatedly suspended an account critical of the Affordable Care Act.

The account, @mycancellation, was just getting started when Twitter suspended it—twice—before reinstating the account late Saturday night.

The purpose of @mycancellation or mycancellation.com was to allow some of the millions of Americans who are losing their health insurance to post pictures of themselves with their cancellation letters. “Help us show Washington the faces who lost what they liked,” the account asked. “ObamaCare canceled your health insurance. Now, send us your letter,” the tagline for the website advertised.

The disabling of comments is done by the account holder, not you tube.

Twitter suspended my account. I was posting info about the $7 billion taken out of Medicare to go into Obamacare. It was on an article written by Jake Tapper & democrats were on there supporting obamacare. People were disagreeing back & forth. Then I got a suspension email.

It's not Twitter per se suspending these accounts, typically. It's that activist leftists will coordinate to report the same account as "spam" repeatedly until the software auto-blocks it, which requires the account owner to petition for it to be reviewed and reinstated.

What Twitter does need to do is start imposing penalties on users who routinely falsely report accounts as spam.

Twitter can be useful. Joe Bastardi tweets the latest research on the falsity of “man made global warming.” It is the quickest way to get it out there where “followers” can pick it up and spread it around. Twitchy.com is a good place to follow all of the liberal take-downs.
