Apparently this guy was being deported to Spain. He had applied for asylum in Spain, and then moved to Norway and applied there. Under the Dublin Treaty, one cannot apply for asylum in more than one country, so he was to be returned to Spain.

Miss Sanden was young and beautiful, but the old, the poor and less attractive people are owed protection as well. Have you ever heard of a novel called “The Camp of the Saints”? The West is living it, and it is not turning out well.
