Obama adds a clause to "you can keep it" - "What we said was you can keep it if it hasn’t changed since the law passed."
That’s a tautology — cancelling the plan is “changing it since the law was passed”.

Oh, and by change they mean anything, like adjusting the premiums for inflation. Even if the coverage policies stay unchanged.
Here’s the thing: if they increase your premium by $1, or decrease it for that matter, your plan has changed and can no longer be grandfathered (since that EXACT plan didn’t exist before the laws passage).
The lying is such a disgrace.

It is imperative that we understand one another completely. If it is the same, that is, if it is not not completely identical to what you had, then of course you may be able to keep your plan.
Let’s define ‘plan.’ A defined plan is probably something you plebs do not have. We ‘Alphas’ on the other hand ...
Forget “for inflation”.
If they DECREASE your premium or deductible by $1, no more grandfathering since that plan didn’t exist prior to the Obamacare law being passed.
They’ll hold insurance companies to the letter of that part of the law for sure.
Joe Trippi just appeared on Fox News. He said people won’t forgot that Obama said you could keep you health insurance if you like it, PERIOD.
