Sarah Palin may be once again dreaming of the White House and a run for the presidency in 2016.
After a long absence from the political arena, Palin appears to be strategically increasing her appearances and speeches while also taking solid aim at President Obama. This has led many political experts to conclude that she is aiming to enter the 2016 presidential race, or at least is trying to test the waters for a potential run.
The rumors kicked up a bit this week when a spokesman for the Rev. Billy Graham announced that Sarah Palin will be a guest for the reverend’s 95th birthday. Graham still carries great political sway, so much in fact that Mitt Romney carved out time to meet with Graham in the final days of the 2012 presidential race in the hopes of earning a public endorsement and assuring conservative voters.
Graham’s birthday celebration is also drawing other big names in the conservative world, including real estate mogul Donald Trump.
Sarah Palin has also taken her political tour to Iowa, one of the most important states for Republican hopefuls. On November 9 Palin is slated to speak at the annual banquet for the Iowa Faith and Freedom Coalition, an important conservative and evangelical group.
After spending a long stretch away from the spotlight, Palin is also ramping up her political attacks on President Obama in what could be the groundwork for her 2016 platform.
In a Facebook post entitled “Obama’s Debt Default is on His Shoulders While We Shoulder His Impeachable Offenses,” she placed the blame for the debt limit fight solely on Obama’s shoulders.
“Defaulting on our national debt is an impeachable offense, and any attempt by President Obama to unilaterally raise the debt limit without Congress is also an impeachable offense,” Palin wrote.
If Sarah Palin is planning a 2016 presidential run, she will have even more ammunition to boost her resume in the coming weeks. On November 12, three days after her planned speech in Iowa, Palin will be released a book taking on the conservative-friendly topic of the War on Christmas.
Pain promises that in the book — titled Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of Christmas — she will “tell you how to fight back against those politically correct Scrooges who seem to hate not just a beautiful holiday, but an entire faith.”
Sarah Palin is still a long way from an official 2016 presidential run, however, and likely wouldn’t declare any intention to run for several months.
Yeah, I ku-no. No offense to Sarah supporters including myself. The problem is, we think the lame stream went uber-extreme when she was just running for the 2nd in command position, they’ll be over the moon if she runs for the top spot and the entitled WILL believe she wants to kill them all or lock them up. Sorry damn state of affairs.
Why did you believe she was actually running?
Maybe it’s all in the past, but it constituted a political watershed for me. There have only been two such watersheds in my life. The first was Ronald Reagan in 1980, whose message and return to values/patriotism made me a solid, enthusiastic and exclusively GOP voter for three decades, who followed every campaign and convention.
The second political watershed for me was the GOP’s backstabbing treatment of Palin. Seeing them cozy up to their lib buddies in the media to trash Palin, and never once speak out when her church was torched, her family was dragged through the tabloid mud, when Dem operatives embarked on a mission to financially bankrupt her, when the media accused her of complicity in the Tucson mass-murder, when Hollywood spent millions on a movie to smear her, etc. I lost every tiny shred of faith, trust and respect in the Republican Party. It convinced me the Party does not in any way, shape or form share my values nor my ideology.
So I did not vote for Romney. I left my ballot blank. Considering the direction of the current GOP, it’s quite likely I won’t even bother voting at all in 2016. It’s entirely conceivable I might never vote again. Two years ago, thanks to the Romney/Rove 2012 campaign, I gave up on cable-news, ending my decades-long status as a news/politics junkie. I’ll probably even quit FR before too long. It’s the only connection that remains.
Maybe it seems like I’m rehashing the past. But it has everyday bearing on me, in the way I now look at politics, the country, and the genuine question as to whether I believe America is even worth saving at this point. My answer is leaning “not.”
Because her 2011 contract at FNC forbid her from running, yet those fools jumped on every tease she pulled as if it was a sign from above. “Oh, she's running for sure now. there is no doubt” LOL
And a whole bunch of them too. It was like Linus in 'The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown', She will do it only if we all believe and we sit in this pumpkin patch and wait.
How many times, and ways, can I keep saying this until it finally sinks in?
SARAH PALIN IS RUNNING FOR THE REPUBLICAN NOMINATION FOR PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, and has been doing so for, at least, the past 2 years.
She knew she needed to be free to travel the U.S. and connect with the American people. Which she has done exceptionally well. That decision, was the start of her “campaign.” One need only ask some basic questions to determine Mrs. Palin’s intentions.

It was a purity test for Palinistas.
Each question was designed to result in one of two conclusions:
1) She was really running (pure believer in Palin required answer)
2) She was playing them for dupes (heretic's response)
I understand your position...but you have to shake it off...this is the last opportunity we have to take over the Party.
Keep in mind Cruz said to Hannity...

I believe him...he was behind the doors watching it happen and with others in Washington making it happen......I am willing to give him the chance to do that...he’s the only one that has the know how to navigate the politcal arena and he knows the laws to use to his advantage....we saw this already.....he did take over the leadership position in the House....the old boys fought him hard but he still took over and lead nonthe less.
We can no longer compare to Reagan either....that was in the 80’s....and it’s not fair to do so to the candidates who have to operate as they need to to overcome what they are facing.
This is today....2013 and close to 2014......today is the day we should rejoice in...and what is going to count for the days ahead.
Sarah will not be running...she’s supporting Cruz and will continue to do so.....when she’s not bashing Obama she’s working for Cruz....so will I.
Sarah's supporting Cruz..and she has good reasons for doing so....Jim's supporting Cruz...he gets it too...if her followers are still following her then they'll help her to support Cruz as well and enjoy the ride as she is doing.....so will I and others...and not live in the past nor what might have been with all the if only’s.
Sarah's moved forward and is busy doing what we should all be doing... she's speaking for Conservatism and standing for Cruz....we could be having more fun and excitement if we get on board rather than rehashing the past.... ...and let the past remain where it is...the past.
Well posts like this thread make about as much sense as Romney telling us what he would of done with Obamacare if he won 2012.

I remember what I thought ~ three years ago when this happened before:
“Obama will be re-elected for sure”, and he was.

We all knew that Romney was the Gop and Democratic candidate....they wanted a dip-wad to run so OBama could sail in and not have to work at it..and he didn’t.
Same with Christy now...they are pushing for him and he’s also the Media’s choice...MSM is getting a chill up their leg for Christy as was reported.
If people spend time rehashing the past and what might have been they will miss what’s happening right now.
HEck even Swartzenburger, LOL,wants the law changed so he can run.....they are going to muddy the waters so nobody can focus .....they like to watch Conservatives take down their own while they help them do so.
I believe if Sarah is “teasing” she expects us to know it’s to divert the Press early on ....she makes a great moving target while those who are going to run get positioned. And we get to be entertained by watching the press trip over her!
I have clearly made my point. It’s not good to tread on the past...so I won’t go there with you....
