A dotor friend of mine says that doctors no longer drive Cadillacs—they drive Tauruses. If it’s true that the financial rewards are no longer all that great, what will motivate a kid to spend ten of the best years of his life studying to be a doctor?

My kids doctor drive a Hyundai. Nothing wrong with those cars at all. But it’s not even a top of the line.
