A Federal website tied to Obamacare has suffered from unexpected network outages and other hiccups, but at least one recurring problem will be intentional.
A message on HealthCare.gov says the online application function for those seeking health coverage will not be available each night from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. EST, when officials conduct maintenance.
Additional down times may be possible as we work to make things better, it said.

working 9-5.... what a way to make..
never mind
I was on it today - it is much better. Yuu can see premium costs without giving any information.
I was trying to find out how ACA is going to affect large employers that provide HC as a benefit. It seems like large meployers are under completely different guidelines and that the SHOP database covers employers with less than 50 employees.

They need to bail it out with a bucket once a day .
perhaps this is in fact a case of a malfunctioning Septic Tank
Interesting. Thanks for the info.
It will go down at various times for scheduled maintenance. No, we will not publish the schedule. If it is down, we will then announce scheduled maintenance.
except you can’t count on those rates being real
they said so themselves
OR staying the same next year!
What’s to stop them from offering $100 month premiums and $500 yearly deductible? until the put the insurance companies out of business
These people think the web site is the problem. The really big elephant in the room is what happens to those who have been cancelled already and can’t get on to another plan and they get sick and need to go to the hospital. Who’s sorting all this out? Where do the medical records get sent? What about continuity of care and doctors for those in treatment stages. The worst of this disaster is yet to come.
Jeantel, that is one , er, unique looking lady....
This is known as chrome plating a turd! It’s going to be fun to watch this “website” continue to fail. Bet Obama is having multiple hissy fits over this whole disaster. I mean, it’s costing him his presidency.
Beware of the prices, they are for 27 year olds and 50 year olds only. Go to the providers site and shop,
Weren’t people who were unable to log-on during the day calling the 800 number and being told to try again in the wee hours when traffic was lighter?
yo, shees be needin a ghetto translated page. It’s be racists to not haves one.
I bet they just put up a dummy front end- and they are paying people to transcribe it every night
