It’s a great, exciting city. If you have a lot of money, it’s splendid. For the middle-class, not so much. You have to like culture and food primarily to enjoy this city. If your interests are rural or suburban, it’s not so good. Great for young careerists, too, and tourists.

Eschewed my pari's Central Park South apt. (including having my Grandpa's former (lame Maverick) car stolen off the streets of Manhattan).
Manhatten is no longer really part of America as known by the Founders.
You'd have provide me Big Buck$ to drag me back there ( for even a few hours). There's no there there.
