Anything about 5% is still too high.
In reality though, the floor is most likely 13%, as that is the percentage of blacks in the US.
It appears as though the freeloaders are going to “stand by their man” no matter what, even after a reduction in their food stamps. Sad.

I don’t know why anyone would ever want a 2nd term as President. Nothing good ever happens, except, in Obama’s case. It just required more time to wipe away the brainwashing that many of his supporters had.
And it is going to get prettier. The fit hasn’t hit the shan yet when people are bumped off of their health ins plans and then have to pay more for a less — more money for less coverage — and are told that that is what a good socialist citizen should do so stop whining.
If Cuccinelli roars back to beat McAuliffe in Virginia on Tuesday (WaPo headline 10/28/13: McAuliffe Leads by 12), there’s going to be panic on the Potomac.
He’ll be in the upper 30s by next week. That’s when the MSM begins to really turn on him and try to demonstrate their independence and credibility...
That's kinda my thought. About 15% of US voters are racists and they'll approve of Obams even if he has the White House basement chock full of dead girls and live boys. Another 20% are hard-core libs.
So this is the equivalent of a Bush approval rating of about +5%.
I believe Obama will always be above 39% since most Democrats don’t care about the majority of the things that matter.
He is nowhere 100% with blacks, probably closer to the 70-80 range. Polls this summer even at CNN and NBC after the NSA scandal were around 45% fueled by a dramatic decline in support from minorities, young people and independents.
