MERIDEN — Two children were killed when an SUV slammed into a car stopped at a red light on Route 5 early Sunday, police said. Police have charged the driver of the SUV, 29-year-old Israel Gonzalez of Ann Street, with felony evading responsibility, reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle without a lincense. He is being held on $1 million bond. More charges are expected to be filed against Gonzalez.

The driver of the GMC Denali fled the scene on foot but was later captured by police at a nearby home, according to Meriden Police. Police believe that both alcohol and speed were factors in the crash, according to a police press release.
Sounds like one of those over-documented aliens. Imagine the chaos they’re going to cause once the commies bring them “out of the shadows”.
