Justin Hadley logged on to HealthCare.gov to evaluate his insurance options after his health plan was canceled. What he discovered was an apparent security flaw that disclosed eligibility letters addressed to individuals from another state.
“I was in complete shock,” said Hadley, who contacted Heritage after becoming alarmed at the breach of privacy.

Pretty sure if you give them your personal info, ID, and financial info/access....
...You just conceded your rights to privacy under the 4th Amdnt....
You can't "take it back" later --

Assert your rights of privacy---
The gub'mint will argue in court that you VOLUNTARILY gave them access...
It seems a lot like allowing the policeman at the door permission to come in to speak with you--
....and the "in plain sight" rules kick in for anything they care to investigate /confiscate.
They don't need a warrant if you agree to allow them into the premises-- and what they want to investigate is laying around in plain sight... etc...

Signing up for Oabamacare is tantamount to surrender your rights and expectations of privacy.
Just don't give them the info--
It's time for "We The People..." to assert those rights.
"Just say no" -- based on your Constitutional rights.
A huge class-action-- or several-- sounds about right to me...
JMO.... have at it..
Perhaps the govt. can force me to reveal confidential info to the IRS or other governmental organizations - but to a commercial company?
Can the govt. force me - who has hitherto been uninsured, preferring instead to pay medical expenses in cash - to divulge sensitive and intimate information to an insurance company?

For my surmise--
I think a lot of the fluff and noise has served as camouflage for the de facto surrender (if not outright taking) of our 4th-Amndt protections.
(w/ serious implications for the 1st, 5th, 9th & 10th Amndts)
That's a big leap--a lot of power & leverage-- for the statist control-freaks.
