Happy Birthday Jim!
We wish you many, many more!
With Love, Prayers and Gratitude,
Your Team!
Please Come Wish Jim a Very Happy Birthday!!!
As most, if not all of you know, Jim is at home, after his great escape from the re-hab facility!!
No place like home, especially for his Birthday! Praise God! Thank you ALL for your prayers. Our good Lord heard you and He listened. Jims recovery is coming along pretty darn well! He is very determined and hes our hero, for sure!
This is our final FReepathon of this year and were almost at the halfway point. We really need to try to finish this one in a new record time for Jim. Two months of fund-raising is very wearing, so please keep your donations coming in! If you havent made your donation, please do so today, or ASAP. You all know, we going to need FR now, more than ever!!
Like Jim said, Were going to be in for the fight of our lives against the entrenched ruling class who are dead set on running our lives through their socialist/statist policies!! And, I might add, eventually, Obamacare must be repealed!
FR is funded solely by the donations made by the people who love and use it. We sell no advertising or merchandise. We have no corporate sponsors or sugar daddies and accept no government subsidies. This means no annoying commercial ads, no ad tracking, and no pop ups!! And no outside influences trying to pressure, sway or control us. Its just us freedom-loving grassroots conservatives exercising our first amendment rights by using and funding one of our favorite and most useful news and activism organizations.
Thank you all very much for your continuing support!! Your loyal support keeps FR alive and is truly and greatly appreciated.

Please consider Donating Monthly if you can. We have some very generous FReeper Sponsors who are Donating an extra $10 for each New Monthly Donor signed up. We now have 40 New Monthly Donors signed up this quarter, including 8 new Dollar-a-Day Donors!! Thank you very much, New Monthly Donors and New Monthly Sponsors!!
And we now have 124 Donations this quarter of $100 or more!! FReeper I_be_tc donates $100 per quarter and challenges 300 other FReepers to do the same. If you donate $100 or more per quarter, please let Jim know and well add your name to the 300 Club Roster! If we can get 300 members sending in a $100 or more per quarter, these fundraisers would run much faster.
Prayers up for our beloved nation.
Special prayers for all our members in need.
God bless and keep you all and everyone you love.
I can barely type this on my old computer. No letters on the keyboard... lol. I have been up all night reading the user’s manual for my computer since I told Mikey I had to reboot and run AVAST. My dang computer froze, shut down without without notice, and when I tried to restart it, I got a blank screen!
I’m finally in a thing called F12 mode now, running Diagnostic Tests, which are almost complete and it’s my hope to go directly to System Reboot, provided the Diagnostic Tests all pass, which they’re looking good right now. Only been running for 2 hours, with only 2 remaining.
This old computer is of no reasonable use for our FReepathon. If I can’t get mine running, I’ll have to take it to one of the shops and I see there’s only 3 in this little town. The shop I’ve used before, is always busy, and it usually takes longer than a week. That won’t do at all.
Delphi Fora used to crash my computer. I haven’t even tried to go there for many years.
Happy Birthday, Jim! May you have many, many more!
It’s Monday!!!! LOL
Don't know if you run Windows, but another thing I like is that shop always has some PCs that they have bought, wiped, refurbished, and installed Windows 7. I like that last part, cause I don't want to even look at any new PCs at big box stores that all have Windows 8.
Depending on memory and hard drive size, the little shop usually sell those re-furbs in the two to three hundred dollar range.
Crossing my fingers for you!
I have a relatively new computer with Windows 8, and it has done one upgrade to Windows 8.1.
It does everything that Windows 7 does, but finding the controls can be a challenge. However, I think that figuring out how to do everything has really helped me to learn the ropes.
LOL, there's the rub. Unlike the old old days, when you got a manual, nowadays they just say "Turn it on and figure it out yourself", and throw ya to the wolves. I guess I (like you) could figure it out, but I have gotten to where I hate change! Guess I really am a dinosaur.
It’s the hard drive. It needs to be replaced.
I’m out of business until then.
I talked with Dell and he couldn’t even get to remote viewing with me.
I need to sleep for a while before I take it to the computer place, but I’ll call all three right now.
I forgot how to size the screen on this computer.
It’s huge.
I’ll try to do that after I sleep for a while.
Go to sleep, then “worry” about the computer, THEN the FReepathon. Don’t forget to eat! :-)
Good luck, and restful sleep. ~zzzzzzz~
Gotta get some food.
Get some Chocolate-frosted Sugar Bombs, and you’ll be good for the whole day!
Normally I would have milk and a cookie but as I get older eating just sugary things makes me nauseous. *sigh*
I'll be back.
