Good deal, here in Alaska, we've been hunting with ARs for the last 20 years. Best thing to happen is the 6.8 Stag, 338 Fed, and for me the 308 Scar. My .556s & 223s never leave the gun safe anymore. I prefer loading 168 TTSXs & A-Frames for my semi autos. We got a few caribou, blk bear, and my nephew got a grizzly bear with my Scar in late August. My favorite scope is 3.5X35 Acog with red dot / ghost ring reticle.
In rural Alaska, everybody favors military rifles for hunting. I really like the 2 point slings off snowmachine & 4 wheeler. Do ya hunt with your guns?
