So true! Reagan was a master at that, and it served him well. But most liberals are incapable of laughing at themselves (or even laughing at all).
Just check the evidence. Conservative blogs are full of humor and witty comments. You rarely see that on liberal sites.
Leftists only like to laugh at and mock others, the way their idol (Alinsky) taught them. It seems to be the #1 tool in their toolkits. And, anything that we perceive as serious (let’s just say all of the private insurance plans we liked), they deride, mock, and laugh at, telling us it was just a joke (or “scam”) or something.
Agreed. Liberals are uptight. They are are always certain someone or something is out to get them. Optimism is a trait only conservatives seem to be able to access and use on a daily basis.
