1.) Always start by telling a lie in the arrogant manner of the late Italian Dictator Mussolini.
Always look down your nose while speaking in short sound bite phrases.
Pause often so that the Journalists from the Leftstream Media have time to write down the exact sound bite quote.
Pause and Smirk to show identity with the captive audience standing behind Obama.
Act shocked if anyone shouts “You Lie!”
2.) Blame a Republican.
Repeat Pause and Smirk routine using a contrived Deep South Accent, prancing and looking left, short right and long left.
3.) Ridicule a lot of Republicans.
Repeat Pause-Smirk-Prance-long left looks, and wait for applause from captive audience standing behind.
Smile, wave and exit stage Left, while waving the Left hand, of course.
