Hot air balloons flying over a densely populated area could also wreck havoc by air dispersion of chemical, biological or nerve agents. A crop dusting plane could dispense the same agents over a sports stadium with deadly results. It starts with poor/weak immigration enforcement. Political correctness will bring us down / is bringing us down as a country. I often travel by rail, logging over 12,000 miles in the last 2 years, out of frustration with dealing with TSA agents. I have flown a few times over the same time span, despising even more the brown shirts and their inspections with as much enmity as is humanly possible.

Santa Anita racetrack is about 45 miles from LAX, or by freeway about an hour - two hours depending on traffic. Might as well be in another state. Any horses coming in on air cargo will land at Ontario airport. Should have zero effect other than perhaps increased security.
I said years ago that the TSA would create the replacement for “going Postal.” What could go wrong with hiring a bunch of un-educated, buttdragging, un-motivated sliders to be security brown shirts? Call in the National Park Service guards to clean up the mess at LAX. Could we call that brown-on-brown violence? Give these low totems a clean shirt and a gummint ID card and they just can’t contain themselves. Pretty much like Washington Navy Yard redux from what I see so far?
Pay attention - If they show a pic of the victim and the “shooter”, save those pics if you can.
They will show back up alive and well sometime in the future at another staged event....
Amazing praise all around when it was one of their own (gov employee/former?) who killed someone today. They can’t control their own yet thank each other. Has always pissed me off how they always thank each other at these pressers.
