Callista looks like a horse but that is another matter.
I wouldn’t be sure until I read both books and did a side-by-side comparison. Her books are a series and she started them 3 years ago. On the other hand, they are for much younger readers. Rush has said repeatedly that his book is for 10-13 year- olds, or children who read at that level. A lot of homeschooled children read at a more advanced level. I did notice that Callista Gingrich expressed the same concern that children weren’t learning history.
She may not be a raving beauty, but she doesn’t look like a horse. Give the woman a break.
I have to admit that it will get old if Rush talks about the book every day, and reads gushy fan mail and takes calls raving about it, and I have a feeling that this may happen up until Christmas. Plus, if he reads from it and talks about it too much, people will feel like they’ve already read it.
I do know that the Two if By Tea proceeds go to charity. I don’t know about the book proceeds, but it wouldn’t surprise me if some went to charity.
