Agreed! I think the marketing guy has a great point! Barry marketed it and we all now see that it’s false.
I’m a surprised Rush avoided the key point here and moved it back on to his point. Clearly Rush wanted to drop that point and move away from it QUICKLY. I wonder why?
I think there is legal standing here on the merits of misrepresentation and the gubmint selling a service through its website.
I used to sell cars. Each customer was my focus. I treated them like their needs were my focus....and they were.
I would then present the car that met those needs, to the best of what was on the lot, or they could order from the factory. The customer would listen and if my pitch was good, they bought.
Now, if the car turned out to be a lemon, they would come look for me. I would go to my boss and plead their case to him, who would see what he could do. (This was before the lemon laws allowed person to bring a car back within 30 days.) The dealer did some things to alleviate the issues, but the customer was stuck with the car.
The customer loved me for doing what I could, even if the car was a dud.
How does this relate?
While I did what I could to genuinely help the customer, Obama knows howto LOOK like he Iis doing something while under his breath saying, “Suckers!” He will be able to wlk away and Obamacare will not affect him.
They used to say Reagan had a teflon suit, because everything thendems threw at him, nothing stuck to him. Obama has a teflon suit, horse, and castle. Nothing sticks to him, even though it is clear he is involved and responsible in all of it.
