It’s interesting that this story turns up now. Earlier this week was a story about a computer virus that may be spread via speakers and microphone using ultrasonic sound.

#1: Use crappy speakers and microphones with no high end, or put in a frequency controller between mic/speaker and CPU. Analogue causes require analogue solutions.
