Speaking of Obama’s illegal NLRB appointees, has there been a ruling on the illegitimacy of its subsequent rulings?
Not that I’ve read but there should be. I’d guess the packed board would just go through the motions now and do it again but it’d probably make a difference to a lot of companies on previous actions.
