the leo’s were just upset the kid wasn't walking his dog too. then they could nave put that in their trophy list too.

This comes back to what I have been saying for years. If they used bear spray as their first choice of weapon against any target they are UNSURE is a actual threat, no one will die, but the threat up to the size of a polar bear is INSTANTLY eliminated as a threat... but not dead.

When the threat is laying on the ground if you still want to kill him you can and little chance he will offer resistance. But if shooting is what you really need to do the leo still can so it safely.
