Chicago mayor and former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel said Wednesday that he had been assured "that heads are rolling" over the technical problems plaguing the ObamaCare website.
“I have all the confidence and I — and all the assurance that heads are rolling and they're spinning right now to fix the problem," Emanuel told CNN.
Emanuel said that the president's focus was fixing the technical issues underlying the ObamaCare website. Users have been unable to open accounts and purchase insurance on the portal, which was billed by the administration as the easiest way for uninsured consumers to find coverage.
Insurance companies report that even when consumers successfully purchase a plan, bad data is then transmitted from the government.
"We'll deal with culpability later, because the most important thing you've got to do is get the problem fixed," Emanuel said.
During a speech Wednesday in Boston, Obama said there was “no excuse” for the technical glitches and that he took “full responsibility for making sure it gets fixed.”
“The website is too slow, too many people have gotten stuck, and I am not happy about it,” Obama said. “Neither are a lot of Americans who need health care.”
But the administration has so far publicly resisted calls to fire officials over the botched rollout.
In an interview with CNN last week, White House press secretary said that "it shouldn't be about having heads roll or firing people."
"The accountability [President Obama is] looking for is the accountability of making sure that everybody who has expertise in this matter is focused on fixing it, not focused on, you know, making heads roll," he continued. "That's not the time right now to focus on that. The time is to get these problems fixed, make sure the system is working most efficiently for the American people. That is what his focus is on right now."

The only heads rolling are the same Obama administration Bobble Heads who have been destroying the nation since January, 1009.

Trash talk. He starts out saying “heads are rolling” and finishes saying that it’s “not the time right now to focus on [making heads roll]”
No. Eyes are rolling, yes. But nothing has changed otherwise except that the spinners are getting dizzy. They’ll get over it.
It’s barely worth a response at this point. American voters simply have to suffer badly in order to cure the from their cranial rectumitus. Failing that, let the ebt card’s flash zero and let the federal government fail. The States will individually have to survive this one and pull THEIR head out of their asses and realize there is a little thing called the 10th Amendment.
So, basically what Rahm is saying is that heads are rolling, but not really.

That’s why they could never succeed in the private sector. Their employees make major screw ups and they don’t think fixing the problem requires getting rid of them.
All heads accept the Der Leader’s head. The right thing to do would be resign in shame.
All this means is they are going to create a cached signup list, with few to no rules, probably initiate a billing cycle and leave the rest of the healthcare industry for others to figure out. Of course, there will be takers, but there will likely be huge gouging and no accountability.
The system is likely to become twice to 10x as inefficient as present systems.

I’m pretty sure the only head that rolled was the lady who was fired for being interviewed by Sean Hannity.
The last thing you need is a CEO who is clueless about transaction processing, getting involved with all his resources to ‘fix the technical glitches’. This means he will take about 7-12 years of sidetracked dedicated effort to learn computer science, the medical informatics industry, then only allow his solutions to be attempted.
Get him preoccupied with something else, tell him its wonderful, and get back to work.
