How can you INSIST on keeping a site up, when it is DOWN?

She just continues to “promise” it will be substantially “fixed” by the end of November.
If she fell on her sword, she would pull the plug on the system because of the security risks alone; even if it were actually working.
I mean by the previous post, Sebelius is wearing no clothes and the Democrats on the Committee pretend not to notice.
