Anyone understanding the context of the cartoon knows this is total bullish*t.
But the media is happy to create the impression that the paper depicted Obama as a chimp.
Bush was the president compared to a chimp, the media is again revealing their latent racism.

This ditz must think Soetoro is smart enough to write a “stimulus” bill. If I were the judge, I’ve give her 5 seconds to get the hell out of my court. “Stimulus” was written by a bunch of greedy old white men in the ‘RAT Party. They’re all rich now.
