I am physically cringing at the media beatdown he is gonna receive after this goes public. Even this guys mortal enemies cannot possibly deny his courage and conviction in the face of public scrutiny at this point.
They will find something to take out of context
Any LSM spin first has to mention Cruz’ name (increase his name-recognition). Then his comments can be shrieked about on the RAT networks, more name recognition.
It wasn’t JUST conservatives buying all the weapons we’ve bought since the coronation. Media’s going to have a hard time turning this against Cruz in people’s heads who are not committed RATS... in their best interest not to report it at all.

Why are you cringing? Everything he said was true and he said it in a very respectful way, without the stemwinding bloviations of other senators when they answer questions or give statements. Conservatives need to stop cringing when they know they’re right. We must always be ready to speak the truth, no matter what it costs.
