Concord's one hospital won't accept any policies offered by the marketplaces. "Can you imagine having to go 25 miles away to Manchester to get access to a health care provider that is covered by your insurance?" Harte asked. "Right now, Concord is one big black hole of health care for people buying these plans."

The Obamas bemoaned "food deserts", and have now brought us "medical deserts". The White House medical staff is probably dining on wagyu beef and arugula, standing at the ready in case Moochelle stubs her toe.

Lol, a medical desert.

I keep reading how they’re taking away my “weak, not really insurance” insurance for my own good.

I liked my “weak, not really insurance” insurance. It protected my assets from a catastrophic event at a reasonable price, and that’s all it was designed to do. I guess the idea of having something to lose is evil in and of itself, and I should be punished.
