What’s creepy and pathetic is attacking the guy when he’s trying to fight illegal amnesty and obamacare.

And what are you attacking him for....an office he’s not even said he’s going after that isn’t even a topic until about 2015...a few years from now.

So, why are you so “concerned” in 2013?

Kabumpo was asked direct questions (including by me) and steadfastly dodged and/or refused to answer them.

The central question I put to him was that since he vociferously opposed Palin and Cruz (surprise, surprise), which candidate met his impossibly high standards for President ? He, of course, wouldn’t answer. Classic concern troll.

Let them attack. Suddenly the US Constitution means something to them even though under the US law Ted Cruz is as eligible as John McCain to be President.

You see, there are two wings of the Birther movement. The smaller wing insists that Obama was born in Kenya. They lost the fight and now they want to punish everybody on our side for not taking them seriously.

Then there is the other wing of the birther movement (those more interested in preserving the US Constitution). I am of this wing. We have not concluded that Obama was born anywhere other than the United States of America. What concerns us is that the man totally ignored the eligibility requirement (and not necessarily because of his own eligibility as it may be to prove that American citizenship should no longer be a question when running for President of the United States. Obama's objective is to make the US Constitution no longer valid. He has succeeded, unfortunately.

I am part of the birther movement.

Do I believe Obama was born outside the US?

NO

Do I believe Obama is trying to invalidate the Constitution?

YES.

Either way, Ted Cruz is eligible to be President of the United States.

Those attacking Ted Cruz on these baseless claims also seem to think we should commit political suicide by following laws that others are not required to follow even when the law has nothing to do with Ted Cruz' situation.

Bottom line is, how can we expect those without documents to leave San Diego and return to Tijuana or wherever they may have come from if we ignore the undocumented one living in OUR White House?
