How could they have ever thought we would become so ignorant of their Intent that we would one day no longer realize they constructed government the way the did PRECISELY to keep governmental edicts from affecting Inalienable Rights.

The founders wrote the Constitution and the 1790 immigration law. Try reading that sometime and get back to us. it’s a whole paragraph or two. Nothing major. But in it they spell out just who is a natural born citizen. So, I doubt they are laughing. Instead, they are weeping at the stupidity and ignorance Americans show today.
