It sounds like she is covertly encouraging a riot and almost hoping for it. The set up is to get a majority dependent on the government for food and then cut it back so there are riots and then Hussein can take full power- Alinsky theory at it’s finest.
It’s the “It’s gonnna be a long hot summer” threat. Give us money or we riot.
