The management expert brought in to fix the HealthCare.gov website says it is fixable, but it will take until the end of November. For many, their introduction to the Affordable Care Act has been negative with a broken website, and cancellation notices concerning current insurance plans, and sticker shock over new plans. "CBS This Morning" national correspondent Jan Crawford reports.
