At least Chauncey the gardener was kind. He also liked to watch. He was also good at something. Caring for the grounds of an estate is a trade worthy of something.

This moron is unkind, even downright vicious. He likes to watch only himself. He's terrible at anything he does if you measure by results instead of propaganda. He has no trade skills, hobbies of purpose, sense of generosity outside other people's assets, accountability, or humility.

He is however quite good at pissing off anyone who must deal with him on the business of governing, particularly those abroad.
