Obama has made the point moot. His father’s Kenyan birth should have disqualified him.

This question has been settled on FR. Several freepers have been zotted over the subject. Cruz is eligible.

His fathers Kenyan birth should have disqualified him. Well, now you see what the Left's narrative is: since Obama was born in Hawaii (they say), his parentage was irrelevant to citizenship.
Once again, the law doesn't apply to His Obamaness.

Not on this subject. Jim has said this isn't a debating society for pro-liberal subjects.

Yes, he is. Stop beating this dead horse.
“Natural born citizen” means nothing more and nothing less than citizen via birthright. It does not depend on actual location of birth, merely that you are a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth.
There is no law, case law, or Constitutional language that defines the term otherwise.

There is no law, case law, or Constitutional language that defines the term otherwise. There is no law, case law, or Constitutional language that defines the word "the" either, but we all know what it means.
It means the same thing as it did when they wrote the Constitution.
