The Crucifixion metaphor is overused, and it also waters down the real Crucifixion hero of humanity, Jesus Christ.

The homosexuals said that Matthew Sheppard (who we now know was a Meth-head and his killers were fellow dealers) was "crucified" on a fence.

Please.

Agreed.

That said, if I ever post an article, and that’s what the article says, that’s what I’m posting.

To do otherwise would be dishonest, and dishonoring to the Crucified and Risen Lord.

I agree. But there is something good from it. People realize that to get attention they can attempt to bring their issue onto a level of our Savior. They can’t but they try. What this tells me is while publicly they may turn their back on him, deep down they recognize the sacrifice he made is still the benchmark for all mankind.
