it is Gutless Leaders and Effeminate Men that have caused the Destruction of America that God would punish us for.

Unless you are talking about leaders in our homes, leaders in our churches, and most importantly, leaders in our hearts, I can only conclude that it is you, sir, who have it backwards.
In the Bible, God often judged His unbelieving people by giving them bad leaders, or by raising up destroyers in nearby nations.
It is up to us, as individuals, as groups, and as churches, from the bottom up (starting at the bottom of our own hearts, one by one) to return to Him with all our heart, might, soul, and strength. God gives us the leaders we deserve.
Don’t blame others. And don’t blame God. We should each start with our own heart, and work from there.
The book of Judges is a prime example of God’s dealing with Israel during the time just preceding their first king. It illustrates a downward spiral of sin that results in chaos and evil (men) ruling over the people. The spiral would be repeated over many years. Every time the people cried out and returned to God, He RAISED UP a godly leader; then there would be rest; then the sons of Israel would again do evil and forget the LORD their God, and in His anger the LORD would sell them into some king’s hands. Then again they cried out to Him and He RAISED UP A DELIVER for them.
It was a time when every man did what was right in his own eyes...sorta like now.
I think it's as simple as the so-called "Greatest Generation" wanting to spare their kids the horrors and rigors they endured during WWII.
They went too far.
International Marxism and the likes of Saul Alinsky have infiltrated the education system from K through grad school.
Don’t look to God. Look to destroying the destroyers. God will appreciate it if we take down the criminals. Action and Prayer. Not just prayer.
