You are confusing the issue with facts...
Good post. Thanks for the idea. I hope our glorious US Reps find this out and follow your advice. Roberts ruling may come back to haunt him yet.
Sorry, I'm having a bad day... :)
imho, Boehner is giving lip service to the Chamber of Commerce and big biz when he pretends to push it this year. He knows there's no support for it...or at least a lot of hell to pay with us and a guy like Senor Cruz to give us voice.
Still, we haven’t seen the media as whole dump on Obie like this in his 5 years, so we’ve got our nose under the tent finally.
Watch out for the rope a dope strategy.
Website starts working, real issues not revealed on $$$ , people losing
docs/coverages, but 24/7 coverage regarding how wise O was to recognize the website issue and spring into action to correct it.
Only when enough people come onto local nightly news with horror stories will this travesty truly be addressed.
The insurance companies are accomplices in Obamcare. They expect the government to provide them with millions of new customers who will be forced into buying their product.
Patrick J. Geraghty, chairman and CEO, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, sounded like a typical Obama shill. This crony capitalism is truly frightening.
Most people seem to think that the insurance industry will be destroyed eventually by Obamacare and we will go into a single payer system—the objective all along.
I have no doubt that we are headed to a single payer system for everyone. We already have single payer for Medicaid (70 million people including those under the CHIPs program) and Medicare (47 million). Obamacare was projected to add 18 million more to Medicaid and with 10,000 people turning 65 every day for the next 20 years, Medicare numbers will double. Obamacare is the last piece of single payer health care.
But the private insurance companies will not be going away. 9 out of every 10 Medicare recipients have supplemental insurance. I can see people getting supplemental insurance to add to their Obamacare insurance. We will have a two tier system, a public and private one similar to what they have in Europe and every other country where they have single payer systems except for Canada and North Korea.
Obamacare is just another entitlement program that will add to the more than $70 trillion in unfunded liabilities. It will cost the taxpayers much more than projected. And it will give the government more control over our lives and the economy.
The Dems will not let Obamacare collapse nor will business, which wants to get decoupled from health care. Obama gave illegally big business a year’s delay in paying the fines. The employer mandate could be delayed even further and the Reps will support it.
Not an unlikely strategy. O wants single payer and any version of it will work for him
Hahaha sometimes this stuff just gets so bizarre you don’t know how to handle it.LOL Chuck
I hope amnesty never comes up! Its a lose lose for our side.Especially with so many other burning issues that all spell bad for the regime.
That Girl! made room for her “Is the caller there?” hubby, though. He’s an Idiot.
I was told the insurance companies helped write Obamacare. They stand to make tons of money from it as premiums increase while deductibles and co-pays go sky high. They take in more money and pay out less. Thanks Obama. Making rich insurance companies richer. Where have I heard of that type of croney capitalism before?
Lots of people round here saw me on TV.
I jest, deny it was me.
At some point some say I should run for office.
I laugh, say my platform will be...NO MORE LAWS!
Everybody nods affirmative.....I’m telling you the people are ready.
I just saw Bobby Jindal on wall ass. I thought he did a terrific job.
He wants to run Louisiana like my Gov.Rick Scott in Fla. like a business.
When it comes to healthcare he’s up for private/charitable contributions partnership like in the old days. Worked then will work now. He’s got some great ideas. Sounded great. Everything made sense.
Marsha Blackburn was good as well. She straightened out a few of the many lies that the regime has been sliding by on for years now.
NSA hasn't cracked the code to fire up the hurricane machine. King O is too lazy to get it done.
Pete King on MTP going on and on over NSA, must be big in his district.
Then he shouts that Rand Paul had his nerve filibustering over drones....NSA ARE HEROES he tells us.
All Rand Paul did was look this administration in the eyeball and dare them NOT to respond properly to his query as to whether drones will target Americans without regard to our Bill of Rights.
AND HE WON!
This awful Attorney General had to answer that...well no,we won’t target American citizens.
How does Peter King think this is a bad thing?
I tell you, this political class is out of control.
Sorry if I’m late on this....watching DVR.
LOl
I saw Peter King looked like he was really into the fast talking today. If he’s a presidential wannabe we have sunk to a new low.
I just missed the Kasich appearance. He mentioned on his facebook page he would be on. I had to run to the store to buy blueberry donuts. Dennis Prager was very critical of him this week.
