Its not that Americans dont understand Obamacare, its that we understand it all too well, Perry wrote in a statement. The Governor argued that people in Texas have been fighting ObamaCare from the start because they are all too aware on the supposed damage the Affordable Care Act will have on the economy and state budget.
Cruz said that the visit from the Secretary of Human Services was done in vain, because it will not change the fact Americans are being hurt because of ObamaCare.
That wont change with more salesmanship, a better website, or a temporary delay. We must focus our immediate efforts on bringing relief to working people hurt by Obamacare, Cruz wrote in a statement.
I’m pretty sure she used to be a man.
Fighting against Communism isn’t Political, it’s American.
Too bad the people that supported Fundamental Change don’t believe in being Patriotic Americans. Traitors all IMHO.
It's the law for some and not for others. The administration is picking winners and losers in this obscene game.
America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi! |
Speaking as a Texan who has health insurance because I’m responsible, I don’t give two flying f**ks what the SCOTUS says, this is unconstitutional. Just because John Roberts reached far up his hind end and pulled out a bogus rationale for looking the other way doesn’t mean it’s constitutional. All he said was that it was constitutional if you consider it to be a tax — highly debatable in itself, a premise the Administration repeatedly denied, and one that if true, should render it unconstitutional because taxes are to be created only in the House, not by the Senate or by 5 out of 9 unelected SCOTUS Justices. That suspiciously left-field, last-minute ruling doesn’t pass the smell test. Plus it handed potentially unlimited power over the people to the Congress by establishing that they can make us do anything, as long as they call it a tax.
Consequently, I am not just determined to overturn Obamacare, I intend to agitate as long as it takes until that obscene, unconstitutional ruling is overturned and put on the scrap heap of history alongside Prohibition and the Dred Scott Decision. If Obama is so adamant about enforcing something because it’s the “law of the land,” then try enforcing our immigration laws, dipstick.
‘Its unfortunate that it is still being conducted as a political campaign and not as the law, she said in an interview with the Tribune. This is no longer a political debate; its the law of the land. ‘
This has been said before, but this same statement could be made about the 2nd Amendment, or any of a number of now-repealed laws such as Prohibition, Male-only Suffrage, Slavery, prevention of private ownership of gold, and so on.
You bad.
I’ve seen an Adams apple bobbing up-and-down and once she stood up to point out on a chart all the revenues the government expected to bring in from premiums, and I’m pretty sure ‘she’ was sporting a boner.
Of course this back when they were still blue-skying it, before they passed it so we could all see what was in it, before reality reared its ugly head.
only obama and the democrats can politicize obamacare apparently.
obama ain’ t doing jack about immigration law that is the law of the land.
he overturned doma which was the law of the land.
you are all lawless socialist bastards. rot in hell forever.
Add immigration to that list. We have immigration laws on the books but Obama has selectively chosen not to enforce them and is politically debating them.
So was slavery, you Stupid. Evil. Vile. Bitch!
The only place in Texas where that skank Sebelius can get more than 10 people to listen to her vocal farting is Austin.
NURSE RATCHED SEBELIUS
I wonder which one of the ‘RAT crackheads up on da Hill came up with the “it’s da law of da land” routine. That sure is getting old. Arresting people living in this country illegally is also “da law of da land”. How’s that working out?!
