“There wont be enough money to support this sick-care, research and development, tech-driven, 6 party payer medical industry that has turned into a pharmaceutical sales front, completely disinterested in healing of any kind of basic principal.’
Amen!
You’re the first person I’ve seen address this issue. America’s health system is the greatest in the world, for trauma care.
For health care, it is sorely lacking.
It is true.
Sigh. Why are so few people aware of it?
People are not interested in taking care of themselves since third party payer came in in the (’30s?).
Before then, they took care of themselves, their families and their neighborhood doctor.
And doctors didn’t dream of being ostentatious with their lifestyle.
Smoking (they know it was bad), drinking to excess and becoming obese was shameful, as it put a burden on the family, so it didn’t happen to the extent it does now.
