Why the hell should we believe a GOVERNMENT newspaper that believes what a GOVERNMENT entity (Marine Corps) says about their GOVERNMENT boss. The Stars & Stripes has always been a “Whoever’s In Charge” lapdog and this is just another example of that!
That sounds phony on the face of it. What stops them from handing the same specs to an alternate manufacturer?
