maryland is THE Freak state. Having "lived" there 30 years before escaping, I can testify that the place is beyond hope. maryland deserves to wallow in its slime.

Maryland survives off the largess of the federal govt...average income here is well beyond the national average. Most live here for the income... and if you live in Montgomery or Howard county, you have access to the best public schools in the nation.
