The DOMA court decision was damaging beyond repair. Even though section 2 is still intact, this perverted Administration and Leftist judges will pretend that it is not.
If ever we needed a federal marriage amendment, it is NOW. But there has never been more silence on this need in the last decade like there is now. Deeply discouraging.

That's because we don't have the numbers we had a decade ago. Then, we could have done it. Now? We don't have the states to ratify such an Amendment even if by some miracle we could get it through Congress.
That's dead and done. Not going to happen. We need to focus on carving out all the protections and exemptions we can.
